Coordinators of Community Services work directly with DDA participants and their families to develop, implement, and monitor Individual Support Plans. CCS is the linchpin between participant goals and the services that make those goals real — provider coordination, monthly monitoring visits, advocacy, and crisis response. This role requires per COMAR 10.22 a bachelor's degree plus one year of experience with people who have intellectual or developmental disabilities.
